Visualization and control of the processing of waste animal products at the ASAP plant in the village of Vez

ASAP is a rendering company headquartered in Vez in the Havlickuv Brod District. It is engaged in the processing of waste animal materials.

The final product of the rendering process is meat and bone meal. To produce this material and ensure its wholesomeness, a precise production process must be carried out.

Control system

The system installed at the plant is used to control and monitor the processing of waste animal products. This ensures that the prescribed production processes are followed. All process data is archived. All production batches must be accurately recorded in a database for the needs of the operating personnel and control authorities. The archive data can be used to generate production reports.

• Meat and bone meal plant
• Wastewater treatment plant
• Boiler room

Within the rendering plant, four autonomous workplaces equipped with the Reliance SCADA/HMI system are used to visualize individual rendering processes.
